FEE: If u rent for at least 20 days during 2008 olympic games,the charge is 220 us dollars/days.

If u rent for a whole month ,the charge is 200 us dollars/day.

It is fully furniture. There are bed, wardrobe, desk, tea table, cable TV, net, DVD player, air conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine, microwave oven, electromagnetic oven, kitchen utensils and 24-hour water.
